COVID-19 NOTICE: Maison Baby is committed to the health and well-being of our team members, partners, and loyal customers during these unprecedented times, as everyone faces new challenges and adapts to the situation we are facing as a society.
Please know that we are taking all the CDC-recommended steps in our boutique, corporate office, and shipping facilities to help protect and support our production teams and you, our valued customers. Our teams are working overtime to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. You may experience some delays with USPS orders due to the number of orders being processed and extended lead times for shipping. Please also know that our local post office is a small facility and doing their best to keep up with the influx of packages.
If you have experienced any issues involving updated tracking or delays in shipment, we strong encourage you to address them directly with USPS.

RETURN POLICY: Maison Drake will accept returns up to 30 days from delivery. Items need to be in new condition and in original packaging for a full refund. Maison Drake will absorb the cost of the return shipping if it is determined that the product is defective, the wrong item or variant was received, or any other error occurred on our part. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees in all other circumstances. Please contact us if you would like for us to provide you a return label for which we will deduct those fees from the refund. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of return delivery. We stand by all our products and take great pride in providing excellent customer service.
